TRX- stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise.

The TRX is a suspension strap that can be used to achieve any fitness goal.

The TRX is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as a resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

These benefits are for people of all fitness levels from pro athletes to seniors. This is possible by adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance, you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.

The TRX is a very low impact training method which allows people of all levels to train comfortable with less risk of causing or agitating a pre-existing injury.

Wednesday and Friday
6:00am: $120 for 6 weeks, once per week. You choose the day!

Monday
5:30pm: $90 for 6 weeks, once per week.

Tuesday
9:00am

Saturday
9:15am: $90 for 6 weeks, once per week.

My in-home personal training by appointment only. Class packages $120.00 for a 10 pack of sessions.

TRX only Class

Friday
9:00am: $90 for 6 weeks, once per week.

Yoga/Flexibility Class

Wednesday
10:00am: $120 for 6 weeks, once per week.

Senior Fit Classes
Senior discount: $70 for a 10 pack of classes. These classes do not expire until you use all 10!
